AC Electromagnet Description
The AC electromagnet can produce an alternating magnetic field with adjustable amplitude in the frequency range of 50~499Hz. AC electromagnets are best used for the purpose of testing materials in an alternating magnetic field
AC Electromagnet Details
The AC electromagnet is made of special silicon steel sheets that form an E-shaped yoke, which is a fixed air gap. The magnetic poles are packaged at both ends of the pole and the magnetic field has a vertical direction.
The pole face of the electromagnet is a square 45*45mm², the air gap is 10mm, and the maximum magnetic field H is more than 10000Gs. The 45Hz~499Hz frequency is continuously adjustable; the magnetic field is continuously adjustable, and the maximum magnetic field can reach 1.0T (amplitude value, the same below). The 100Hz magnetic field can reach a maximum value of 0.5T; at 200 Hz it is about 0.2T. The magnetic field at 499Hz can reach 200~300Gs.
Uniform zone: In the magnetic field center 10*10*10mm³, the magnetic field uniformity ΔH/H is approximately 0.03.
Working time: Using low current density power-on operation, the wire package has vents, cooling with air cooling to ensure that the magnetic field is rated maximum, the long-term working temperature rise is less than 20 °C.
AC power, 12kW. The single-phase output has a maximum voltage of 300V, a rated output current of 40A, and a load regulation rate of 0.5%. Voltage and frequency adjustable; frequency adjustable range 50 ~ 499Hz; display interface: voltage, current, frequency and power indicator.
The net weight of the electromagnet is about 150kg.
